Ray-Kynoch of 509 Main Street,, and a resident near said intersection, addressed the Council regarding the imperative need for a stop signal as he has witnessed many close traffic and pedestrian accidents at this location. City Manager Ed. Frank reported that the matter has been refef to the Division of Highways with a request for a survey an the possible installation of an automatic signal at 'this point, amid ,'that fi& will attend to same further when meeting with thd Division of Highways on next Wednesday.
