Petaluma, polled the Council as to whether they were in favor

then appointed consisting of Councilman -Br°own,, City 11aftager Frank,
Tax Collector- Kostka City Attorney Brooks, and Gladys R. ffallin
(if and tahen she Is needed), to meet at 1:30 P.1;4. ItIednesday to
study said proposed Business License Or %dinance With a committee
of the Chamber of Co mmerce.
Councilman Schwobeda reported, he and Karl. Brooks took in an
exceptionally important meeting at the recent League of Califoxy°nia
Cities Conference in ' to a paper on Informal methods of
financing capital, * Tnprove:ments in cities of trdhi.c'h he would like
