After the 'Clerk had read the resolution, Councilman Adams asked if this matter had been taken up by the Planning Commission, or just'how it had originated. Councilman King 'informed Councilman Adams that he had the resolution put on the agenda due to several decisions recently made in th6 'City 'by Hahn, Wise &. Associates which he believed to be in violation of . good'planning 'Councilmen Brown and'Norwood believed this matter should be discussed privately. Councilman Bigelow was in.favor of voting on the resolution as presented; whereup Res.. #1613 N. C.
