RC`.ICALL: Present: Councilmen Adams, Brown, Gustafson, Norwood and Mayor Schoeningh. Absent: Councilmen Bigelow and King. READING OF THE CALL FOR MEETING The Clerk read the Mayor's call for meeting, of the Council to the holding of said special meeting, delivery of the notices of said special meeting. Parking District No. 1955 -1 Attorney Eugene K. Sturgis explained that according to the Parking District Vehicle law, it is necessary that the City Council pass resolutions accepting the d ed-9 for the properties to be purchased before the deeds can be recorded, whereupon Res. #1630 N. C. S. introduced by'Councilman Adams, seconded by Councilman Brown, entitled, '°RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM BERTHA E. VONSEN. " was adopted by 5 affirmative votes, 2 absentees, Res. #1631 N.C. S. introduced by Councilman Norwood, seconded by Councilman Gustafson, entitled, "RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM CHARLES GERVASONI, A SINGLE MAN, AMERICO GERVASONI AND ELSA GERVASONI, HIS WIFE, FRANK GERVASONI AND ELSIE GERVASONI, HIS WIFE. " was adopted by 5 affirmative votes, 2 absentees. Res. #1632 N. C. S. introduced by Councilman Brown, seconded by Councilman Adams, entitled, "RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM AMERICAN TRUST COMPANY, A CORPORATION, BERTHA E. VONSEN, AND, A. P. BEHRENS, AS EXECUTORS OF THE ESTATE OF MAGNUS VONSEN, DECEASED. " 1 was adopted by 5 affirmative votes, 2 absentees. City Attorney Report from Edouard E. Robert, City Attorney, dated March 9, 1956, calling attention to certain ambiguities in the Zoning Ordinance which should be resolve, submitted and filed for the consideration of the City Council.
