GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Glass opened GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT,
Will Pier, North Bay Rowing Club, is concerned that the Petaluma River has not been dredged in
over 12 years, greatly affecting not only recreational activities, but also local businesses. He
asked Council to prioritize this issue.
Zen Destiny, Sebastopol, opposes the use of license plate readers used by the Police
Department.
Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke on a variety of political and local topics.

Katherine Bobrowski, Littlewoods Mobile Home Villa, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile
home park where she lives.
Paul McGavin, Scientists for Wired Technology, Petaluma, urged Council to prepare for Verizon
and the initiative to install small cell towers throughout the city.

Hangar 18B Located at the Petaluma Airport for Operation of a Flight School and
Related Aircraft Storage; Approving Amendment 1 to the Lease Agreement
Between Petaluma Pilot Training Center, Inc. and the City to Hangar 18B to
Terminate that Lease Agreement; and Approving Amendment 3 to the Ground
