City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion, unless a member of the
City Council or audience has a question regarding a particular item and asks
that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shall then reschedule
it.in any order he deems appropraite on this agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Resolution authorizing execution of letter of agreement for City Attorney
services with Joe Forest
3. Resolution initiating proceedings and setting hearing for December 7 on
Gray Annexation
4. Resolution declaring 1952 Van Pelt International pumper surplus and
authorizing sale of same
5. Resolution authorizing extension of time for public improvements agreement.
