The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by the
City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion, unless a member of
the City Council or audience has a question regarding a particular item and
asks that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shall then
reschedule it in any order he deems appropriate on this agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Adopt Ord. 1487 NCS amending the Subdivision Regulations in the Municipal
Code to :coincide with the regulations of the State Subdivision Map Act
3. Resolution establishing a policy for the publication of the City of
-Petaluma recreation brochures
4. Resolution approving and adopting a capital improvement project list
for the fiscal year July 1, 1981, to and including June 30, 1982.
5. Introduce and adopt an ordinance appropriating certain available revenues
not included in the 1981 -82 budget and declaring the urgency thereof,
to take effect immediately
6. Resolution authorizing purchase of truck for water department and van for
public works department

ADJOURN to Monday, October 26, 1981 for a joint meeting with the Novato_City Council
(to be held in the Council.Chambers at Petaluma)
PUBLIC HEARING 8:30 p.m.
At 8:30 p.m. all remaining items on the agenda will be held in abeyance while
the Council conducts the public hearing which will be limited to one hour and
will be continued to another time if further proceedings are necessary
Public hearing to consider an ordinance which would establish 119 Howard St.
as an historical landmark
