ROLL CALL: Present :,Councilmen Deiss,,Minogue, Myers, ,Seidell, Shoemaker, and Mayor Woodson. Absent: Councilman King. READING OF THE CALL: The C er -rea7 the Mayors call for meeting, the consent of the members of the'Council to the holding of said meeting, and the certificate of mailing of notices of said meeting. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS: Power Conservation Committee: Communi °cation from the Office of the Emergency Power Director, Public Utilities Commission of the State of California, re the organization of a citizens committee to assist the California Public Utilities Commission and the local utility in the enforcement of the power curtailment program, read and filed.. Notice of the quarterly meeting of the North Bay Division of the League of California Cities, to_ be held at the Hotel Petaluma, April 17, 1948, read and filed. Reports from the City Manager on the subjects of lAdministrative Practicer and IThe Installation of Bookkeeping Machines, were submitted.for the consideration of the City Council.
