Adopt Ordinance 1461 rezoning 450 Lakeville from Light Industrial to Highway Commercial 5. Resolution approving issuance of negative declaration pursuant to CEQA for Ord. 1462 6. Adopt Ord. 1462 adding Section 10 -305, Section 13 -414 to Zoning Ordinance: 10 -305 to allow single residential as permitted Accessory use in CO zone, and, adding Section 13 -414 to permit limited or specialist retail food stores as Conditional uses in CH zones 7. Resolution designating Argus- Courier official newspaper for legal advertising and approving charges for same 8. Resolution approving street name change for Village East Units I and II changing Whooping Crane Lane and Whooping Crane Place to Wren Drive and Wren Court 9.
