The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by the
City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion, unless a member of the
City Council or audience has a question regarding a particular item and asks
that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar, The Mayor shaZZ then reschedule
it in any order he deems appropriate on this agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Resolution approving request of David D. Young for exemption for 92 units
of elderly mobile home housing with conditions
3. Resolution approving issuance of negative declaration pursuant to
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for Ord. 1461
4. Adopt Ordinance 1461 rezoning 450 Lakeville from Light Industrial to
Highway Commercial
5. Resolution approving issuance of negative declaration pursuant to CEQA
for Ord. 1462
6. Adopt Ord. 1462 adding Section 10 -305, Section 13 -414 to Zoning Ordinance:
10 -305 to allow single residential as permitted Accessory use in CO zone,
and, adding Section 13 -414 to permit limited or specialist retail food
stores as Conditional uses in CH zones
7. Resolution designating Argus- Courier official newspaper for legal advertising
and approving charges for same
8. Resolution approving street name change for Village East Units I and II
changing Whooping Crane Lane and Whooping Crane Place to Wren Drive
and Wren Court
9. Resolution approving final map Village East Subdivision Phase II
10. Resolution approving final map Country Club Estates Unit I
11. Introduce ordinance amending Section 13.24.020 of Municipal Code by adding
Subsection "M" to prohibit vessels to which mooring permits have been
issued from mooring in areas designated for transient vessels
12. Resolution authorizing amendment to lease of Kenilworth Park to Fourth
District Agricultural Association (Fairgrounds)
