Prior to - the adoption of the Salary Ordinance, Mr. LaFayette
08"ler read an article which he had written re salaries paid certain

Mosquito Abatement Plan:
No action was ta ken on the proposal of the:Sonoma*Valley
Mosquito-Abatement-District that permission be by the_
City in order that petitions might be circulated to annex
the City of Petaluma to q district,
The city AttOrney'_was directed to communicate with the
District Attorney and him" that members of 'the - City 'Council
feel that the abatement program should be operated On.a,county-
wide plari rather than confined to small districts.
