Tn a discussion about locations for dumping the dredging spoils
it was su:;gested by Councilmn King that In exchange, for the dumping
of spoils on private property that property ovmers pay the Cost of
necessary levees, spill ayss, etc. and that this would result in
s saving to the city.
Councilman 11inogue .s't,ated that he believed 1t would be to the
advanta, of the City to fill lard at the City Dumps with said
dr'edgings.
