The matter of employing out-side eriffineers to prepare surveys
in corxLection with durnpimg areas was discussed and left in the hands
or city Manager !O nn R. Ficklin. it .ias the opinionof the CoLmcil
that it was not necessary to employ outside engineers to make such Mr-
Veys.
