A discussion of'the cost of frame construction as compared
with masonry was had - LAr. T Hein speaking to the Council on
behalf of the -use of CorralUe blocks which he stated are Class "All
and which will be Mrailable in the future at comparable prices..
Supervision costs etc. on'mason ' construction were discussed
and decision as to the iype- of constfticq
further consideration-by the Council,. ton Was deferred pending
