The City Attorney reported regarding the final rap of Easton Hume
Sites, stating that e Planning Coxs ission h=d Eddressed a letter to him in
which they resueeted ';heat; a resolution be prepared approving the tentative
map of Easton Home Sites with certain exceptions and conditions in them,
including the ohgmgvs recommended by the Dire of Public Works. That ahortly
thersa.f Ve:° a fixe.i map was prepared send filed by the ormers of the property,
Sonoma Coa my Absrraot Burezaa, and that this final map only includes that
portion of the tent& - 41ve wrap which lies within the boundaries of the City of
Petaluma,
The City Attorney f2rther stated that because of the uncertainty of
the instructions a meeting was arranged rrith the Planning Commission and
lir. Blackwell and Mr„ Hinds and the entire ratter of the subdivision and
approval. of the map vfta di6cus3ed and a resolution approving said map was
adopted by the Plmning Cumissi.onj and that the final map has been prepared
sand signed by the owm ra and ha a been certified by the City I .,finer and said
final map is in conformity with the tentative map.

In the office of the City Attorney was deferred for recommendation of the
City Maarager and further consideration by the City C'ca ncil.
Following the raa ge$tiinn of Counci Shoemaker the Ccu nci1 took
