received far the purchase of assessment bonds be rejected and
returned unopened to the Udders.
lie stated that he had discoV&ed -that several. assessments

one to the County of Sonoma, and had been included in the assess-
ment er°r°o�reously,as,accOrdi.n ,bonds c

yc property. lie also stated that the amount of gas tax

available to the project is in question, and that the estimated
figure for enE;ineering, inspection and contingencies fixed at 20%
is unusually high.
Because of these facts he y- ecornended that the, ratter be held
in abeyance and the assessment re- calculated. The clatter was -
