READING OF THE JOURNAL: The minutes of the las't regular meeting of March , 2nd were read and approved as- recorded. REPORTS OF OFFICERS: An' op`ni,on submitted by City Attorney Brooks on the claims made by-Mrs.. Isabel S. Minor and Farrell Bros based on the recent slide which. occurred on the 21st day of February 1936, when a substantial amount -.of dirt, was thrown -against the rear of Farrell Bros ; lding,, was read,. and filed. Auditor and Treasurer to transfer the sum of U" from- the Miscellaneous. Revenue Fund to the General Fund, adopted by 6 affirmative votes, 1 abs- ente:e. Mayor, McFadden reported that as a result of a communicat:o;r t Milk Inspector. E. J. He the milk dealers have prom s:ed to pay th6ir• accounts to date, veaich will put the Milk Fund in ,good condition again. Increase of Salary of City Engineer: Resolution #4480 C.S. introduced.• by Councilman Woodson,, *se.conded by Councilman Ingers.on, providing that during the work of widening Main Street the City of Petaluma _pay the _City 'Engineer, S.
