The. Clerk - read the Mayorts call for meeting; the affidavit

levee along th6` East bank .of Petaluma R' ver, on Rutherford property
opposite Haystack Landing, Sonoma County, California, were submitted
by the Ci:ty Engineer and' filed.

appr-opriat-ing the sum of not, to exceed $150,0.00 for said work;
authorizing the work to be done by the Department of Public Works
of this city in the event the bid therefor are deemed excessive
and are rejected, or in case- no bid is received, was read, approved
by the City Attoi and
Resolution #4532 C.S.
introduced by Councilman lngerson,, seconded by Councilman Peters,
directing that said ordinance be pasted by the City Clerk in the
manner required by the Charter of this city, and further directing
the City _C I'lerk to advertise for sealed proposals for the work
Ttquired to be done under the above ordinance, adopted by 7
affirmative vot;ez.
