NEW BUSINESS.: Protest of 8 truck owners: Attorney Leroyhounibos addressed the. Council on . behalf of a group of independent truck owners in Protest of :subdivision, 27 of Ordinance #460 C and submitted a petition containin n 3'9 signatures. Mr - Lounlb.os,stated that this provision of 'the ordinance is a burden on ; ;this Particular group who are rendering the community a service and - .are not competing .with the local business establishments.
