INTRQDUCTION'OF ORDINANCES: r "nan.ce 1 469 C.S. introduced by Councilman J. E. Penny, seconded by Councilman. A. Gervasoni, entitled., ".An ordinance of the City of Petaluma., California, ordering the submission, at an e,lection..ordered to be held on 'June 8, '1937, of the following prop,ositions:: Pr oposition No. 1 The incurrence of a bonded indebtedness in the sum of Two Hundred Twenty -five Thousand Dollars ($225,000.. for the purpose and object of- acquiring, cons°tructing'and completing a sewer and s,ew.&ge disposal-system, including pipes, disposal plant,,pumps,, pumping plant, machinery, equipment, land, easeinenta, and other, works and appliances necessary or convenient to acquire construct 'and complete a sewage disposal system for the City of Petaluma; Proposition No., 2..'. The incurrence.of a bonded i- ndebtedness in the sum of Forty Thousand hollars ($40,000.00) for the purpose and object of acquiring, constructing and-. completing= a fire station.,-building or house on the property owned by said City at the corner of "D" and "Second" Streets, Petaluma,, California; Proposition No. 3. The incurrence of a bonded indeb.tedneas in the sum of Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00) for the purpose and object of acquiring the following fire apparatus,, to-wit,: Two fire pumping engines and their accessories. Ordering the consolidation of said electior;: with the General Municipal ;Election to be held on said 8th day of 'June, '1.937, according to the provisions of .Ordinance 468 C.S. wa.s read, approved by the City Attorney, and Re.solu,tion #4611 C.S,. .introduced by Councilman Penry, seconded:by'Councilman Gervasoni, directing the City -Clerk to publish:Ordinance No. 469 `CS. in the Petaluma Argus- Courier within sufficient time to permit the adoption thereof at a regular meeting of the City Council to be held on the 19th day of April., 1937, adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Deiss., Gervasoni, Ingerson, Penry, Peters, and Mayor Woodson. Noes: None. Absent: Councilman Myers. _ADOPTION_ OF ORDINANC'ES Ordinance No. 468 C.S. introduced by Councilman ,N.B.Ingerson, seconded by Councilman Peters, providing for the holding of the General Municipal Election in the City of Petaluma for the purp.ose of electing certain city officers; came up regularly and was adopted by the following vote: Ayes :, Councilmen Dei.ss, Gervasoni, Ingersoh, Penry, Peters, and Mayor Woodson. .Noes:.
