NE, BUSINESS: Count of absentee vote: The Council orgy, ized as a Board of 'Election, Councilman, J. E. P,enry being appointed as Inspector, Couneilmum Herman Peters as J and Councilmen Gervason:i and Deiss as Clerks, and - proceeded to open and count, the 38 absentee voters ballots in the manner provided by law.
