READING OF THE ,JOURNAL: he mnut es of the last regular meeting of July 6th were read and'approved as recorded. REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES: The' .inance Commit'te'e submitted its report., whereupon Resolution #4654 C.S. introduced by Councilman Deiss, seconded by Councilman Myers, directing the Auditor to draw warrants (Nos.•152 to 227 inclusive) against the variou:a City Funds in payment of claims allowed and approved by the Finance Committee, adopted by 6 affirmative votes, 1'absentee.. INTRODUCTION OF' ORDINANCES: _ Re leasing of ppty to W. K. Jaquith: r inance N0747 introduced by Councilman De.iss, seconded by Counc lman.Inger providing for the lease to W. K. Jaquith., doing business under the .name of R. W.
