Creek drainage tube from the South :side of 5th Street to the south side of 3rd Street,. , Councilman Penry reported that the Street Committee will confer with the buaine•s,s men and the.Chamber of Commerce relative to a proposal 'for restoration of parallel parking - on We,:§ Ave. also that there�-painting of the diagonal parking lines has been delayed pending possible changes.in,the method of parking.
