Petition for improvement of Be'llez View & Hill. Blvd.
Petition signed by 18 property owners of Belle View Avenue
and Hill Boulevard, requesting that the City Council take steps
to improve Belle View Avenue from the northwesterly line of Hayes
Avenue. to - the extension, of the northwesterly line of, Orchard. Lane.,
,and Hill Boulevard from the northwesterly line of 'Hayes Avenue
to the. extension of the northwesterly. line: of Orchard Lane, by

ihvestigation,of the present ordinances on the matter, ,

The matter of a new roof for the building at Kenilworth Park
used to holm a impounded' dogs was referred to the. Buildings and Grounds
dommittee and. the Park Commission.
On motion by Councilman Penry, seconded by.Councilman Peters,
the Buildings and Grounds Committee was `authorized to proceed with
the' re= roofing of the building at the corner,. of lst and E Streets;
used ui
°for the storage of street, eqpment;. the cost of the materials
therefor to ibe less than- -the sum of $500.00. Motion carried and so
ordered.
Mr. Cuslidge of 'the P.. G. & E. Go, addres's;ed . the Council
stating that the P. G. & E had completed the job: ,of taking poles;
from 'Main & !Third Streets. He further stated that the company has
'in mind as a project for the near future, the removal of the cable
,from the bed of the Petaluma River, which will,el minate the difficulty
encountered during dredging work.
