Fa Street had been considered and will be incorporated in, the plans and specifications for Unit "C". of the S'ewbLge: System and will be constructed at the time the work is done on that unit. The matt of the em, ployment of a rodent exterminator to be• employed solely by the Cit'y,of Petaluma was discussed by the Mayo and Council and repr6sentatives of local buslnes°s 'houses and in the 'absence - of, Dr. Rundall, referred to the Board of Health. City Engineer 'Gonzalez submitted a tentative plan for the extension. of Copeland Street to Bridge' Street in order' to divert heavy traffic from the businaas district. Suspension of Judge.Mardi:s: In connection , with the suspension of Prank Mardis,., Pblice Judge,,-Mayor Woodson stated that it had been his unpleasant duty to suspend P . olice Judge Frank E. Mardis becau I , of .the 'report from the. last audit of his 'books, stating that he ''had no other alternative, as the Charter places' that, rasponsibililty on the Mayor's offic"e and that in order to clarify the situation and to give 'Judge Mardis an opportunity to vindicate himself, he would request that the City Attorney now take the matter up with the Diz'trict Attorney or Grand Jury for their investigation, ADJOURNMENT:, There being no other business . to-c,om'e before the meeting the meeting was declared adjourned.
