Godwin, Acting Regional Director Of th,,e Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works, approving the plans,, specifications and legal papers for said Unit "C" and authorising- the City of Pe taluma to proceed to adverti.se' for bids f'or said unit:, read and filed. Fixing prevailing. rates of wages - Unit C Res,olut.ion #14765 C.'S. introduced by Councilman Penry., seconded by Councilman Peters, fixing the general prevailing rates of per diem wages and rates for legal holidays and overtime work in the City of Petaluma for each craft or type �of :workman needed ,or employed in the work of .constructing Unit "C" of the' Municipal Sewage Disposal Project, adopted by 5 affirmative votes, 2 absentees.
