READING-OF THE JOURNAL:
The 'minutes, of the last regular . meeting of February 21st and
the adjourned meeting of .February 23rd, were read and approved as recorded.
REPORTS OF OFFIC.ERS:.
The reports of the Poundman for the months of January and
Februa-ry,. 19.38, were read :and' filed.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
e y ngneer.report'ed progress in.the matter of the
installation of the electroliers on Third Street.
The Street Committee reported that due to the continuously
stormy weather no.action.had been taken regarding the complaints
on the condition of Ellis Street and 2nd Street.
The City Engineer reported that plans for the improvement -
of: Linda Vista Subdivis on had been held in abeyance pending certain
drainage work. to be dome in said locality.. under Unit ”" C:" of the Sewage
Project. He was again instructed to prepare plans and specifications
for staid" i#iprovement
The City Attorney was requested to contact Mr. Maclay regarding
the securing of a strip of land along F Street for the continuation of -
the Thompson Creek drainage tube.
