Poundman,. Wharfinger,, and Chief of Police, were read and filed.

Progress report for the period to and including March 31st, 1938
on 'Units A and B of the,. Sewage Disposal Project was submitted by
resident engineer H. K. Brainerd and read and.filed.

Son and the Oakland Sewer Construction Co,, 'for the assignment ,of
