Opening of Copeland Street The matter of the opening of Copeland Street along the line .of the ra 1 - lhbad tracks in order to divert heavy traffic from Main Street was 'discus,se.d and. referred to the. Street Committee for investigation as to the best location for said street. The, matter of the removal of the pound. from. Kenilworth Park was -again discussed and referred to the Buildings and.
