City Attorney Brooks reported that a question had been raised by
Mr. ' T. ' Stewart, Resident Engineer Inspector of the FWA regarding the
contemplated change order on ".C" to provide for a change in the plan
of the°work crossing the pr of the..Petaluma Co-operative Creamery
Mr. Stewart contending that -the. work.:should be -done by Mr. Soda under the
original plan for Unit "d" at no additional coast to the My/ city
Attorney , Brooks . that the matter be indefinitely postponed until a
conference could be:had with Mr. Soda, Mr. Jenks.'Mr. Brainerd and 'himself.-

consumers,. Tt was the consensus of opinion that the minimum rate should
