The matter was, discussed but no action taken. Dr. N. 8. Rundall and Dr. Zimmerman, -County Health - Officer, addressed the Council 'asking for.a location. in the City Hall for the establishment of a health clinic f or, the indigents 'in this locality., stating that., they will. need, .two.. rooms,, a dressing room and a waiting .room The matter was referred to the Buildings and Grounds Committee -for. invasti,gation, Dr-i 2immerman to submit a sketch. of. the .space needed for the clinic* Mr.i Carl Peterson addressed the Gouncil stating that the parking ordinance should be enforced on Saturdays as well as ,other days,. Mr. Peterson rson also called attention to the poor aonditi,on. of -Water Street,., which matter, was referred to the t Stree Gomnittee, Mrs - A'* Perr_V 'addres ed the Council asking, that a record be made of laterdls . to her property which she claimed - •were -installed some years agog and which at the present time did not7show on the records Of the City of'Petaluma: No action taken. BUSINESS Councilman:: Penry- reported that. the patter of the permit for the use of Levee Street had been referred to the City for the prpparatipn of said permit, The City" Attorney was granted further' time in the'- preparation of An ordinance regulating the use of sewers.
