introduced by Councilman Penry, seconded by Councilman Dei'ss, repealing
Reso,Iuti.on No. 4902 C.S. Adopted September 12, 1938" the reason for
said repeal being that the matters covered thereby are now included
under.Resolution No. 4.915 C.S., - adopted by 7 affirmative votes.
Change Order Unit "A" - Credit of- $671..27 to City:

and. adopting certain changes in the plans and specifications and contract
documents for Unit "A ", resulting in a credit due the City of $671.27, -
