READING OF CALL: e e.rk. read the Mayor's call for Special Meeting, the consent of the members of the City Council to the holding of said meeting., ;and the - certificate of the Clerk of the mailing of said cal1s for special me "eting. NEW BUSINESS Resolution #49,14, C.S. introduced by Councilman Penry, seconded by Councilman Dei'ss, repealing Reso,Iuti.on No. 4902 C.S. Adopted September 12, 1938" the reason for said repeal being that the matters covered thereby are now included under.Resolution No. 4.915 C.S., - adopted by 7 affirmative votes. Change Order Unit "A" - Credit of- $671..27 to City: Resolution #4915 C.S. introduced by.CouncAlman Penry, seconded.by Councilman Deiss, approving and. adopting certain changes in the plans and specifications and contract documents for Unit "A ", resulting in a credit due the City of $671.27, - ad .'opted by 7 affirmative votes. Change Order Unit "B" Resolution #4916 C.S. introduced by Councilman Penry, seconded by Councilman Dei;ss, approving and adopting certain changes in the plans and specifications and contract documents for Unit "B"'., being adjustment of testing fund allowance, and laboratory supplies fund, - adopted by 7 affirmatige votes.
