The City Engineer submitted plans and specifications, and estimate of materials needed. for the completion of Thompson Creek Drainage Tube to the southerly line of First ;Street,, winch were placed on file,. Councilman Penry reported that he had just learned that the width of F'Street, between 3rd and. 2nd_ Streets is only 50' wide instead of 60 Mayor Woodson gave a report of the quarterly meeting of -the No Bay D vision" ,League of California Municipalities held at Ukiah on August 5th, 1939.
