REPORTS OF OFFICERS,: The monthly reports of the Police Judge, Auditor, Treasurer, Wharfinger, Chief of Police and Poundman were read and placed on file: . EP I- S OF S :TANDI I` G , C 'QI &II TTEES' The Finance Committee submitted its report, whereupon RESOLUTION NO. 5088' 0. 8. introduced by Councilman Gervasoni, seconded -by Councilman Deiss, -directing the :Audl,t:or to drawl warr ants against the varioils City Funds in payment of .claims a.11gik7ed and approved by the F inance Committee, adopted by seven affirmative votes. Said communi- cation s %gated that he had 'on November '22, 1930, filed an ,action on behalf of the Petaluma against .Mildred H. Blair, et al, to secure judgment against s�_ld defendants for fees for outside sewer connections,-and that since, the filing of said action one of the defendants, Raymond M. Cayla, had paid the required fee of Tjl'2.00. The City Attorney also stated that the attorney for Mildred H. Blair had.re�orted to him that said d- efendant was contemplating; the construction of as 1 eptic tank to serve her property, provided she could secure an agree- ment from the City under which a fair charge would be Wade for the liquid effluent. The matter was discus and inasmuch as it `was the .co.nsensus of opinion that the effluent from the septic tank 'would require the same amount of treatment as the rave sewage, the City Attorney, was directed to proceed with the Suit.
