Rundall, City Health Officer was present and addressed the 'Council,., stating that the matter of local emergency, medical cases was discussed at t last meeting of the Board of Health and that, it was the consensus of opin I that since the members of the Board O..f Health are ,not obliged to take care of emergency ncy medical cases that it will be necessary to . City AttoftelT Brooks reported on the meeting 1 recently --he with the River & Harbor Department an the matter o;f Flood Cohtrdl He stated that the committee had learned at this meeting that Petaluma River is one of the few navigable streams that has not had the advantage of'a thorough investigation. and survey for flood control purposes.
