'This being, the time set for opening bids for the furnishing of
police radio equipment, the Cler.� reported having received bids from
Bruntons Automotive Service, Inc., E. C. Wenger Company, Hadicke - Redd & Co.,
and Paul U. Zastrow and proceeded to� open and read said bids, which
were reviewed and referred to the Special Radio C:ommit.tee, Finance'
Committee., and N. L. Bruner, Radio Inspector, for further consideration.
Re Cavanagh Case:
City Attorney Karl Brooks.reported that judgment had been
entered in the district court of appeals, third appellate district, in
accordance with the stipulation of the att.orneys for a compromise
set ti'ment of the Douglas Street litigation.
