1 RESOLUTION DECLARING COPIER SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE
2 DISPOSAL OF THE COPIER
3 WHEREAS, the Police Department's main copier, a Xerox 1.090, has been replaced by a
4 new high production copier, and,
5 WHEREAS, Staff has determined the Xerox 1090 is sutplus to the needs of the City due
6 to the age, high maintenance costs and poor performance of the copier, ami,
7 WHEREAS, Staff has requested the City Council to declare the copier surplus, and
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that the copier is declared surplus to the
9 City's needs and is no longer required by the City, and,
l0 BE II' FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby directed to dispose of
1 t the copier as he deems appropriate in the matter and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter
12 3.12 of the Petahmla Municipal Code.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
