called to order Mayor Woodson.

READING OF THE GALL:
The Qler read the mayor' s call for meeting and the
consent of the memberaOf the City 'Council to 'the holding of said
meeting.
Plans and specifications for the construction of a levee
for certain dredging work between Petaluma'Ri'ver.and the , old ftorth"!
western Pacific, 'Rail right of 'Way and westerly from the City
Dumps., were submitted by the City Engineer and placed on.file,.
