Fund, to the Miusic Fund in. accordance with Amendment #19 of the Charter of'
the.City of Petaluma, adopted by 7 affirmative votes.

energy to the City of Petaluma,, the Clerk reported having received one bid
from 'the Pacific ,Gas � Electric Company,,. which bid was opened and read and

meeting.
Attorney city T Karl Brooks reported that the Standard, Shell and
Seas S P
de `Oil Companies had bid the price of .0973¢' per gallon for furnishing.

three lowbidders will furnish the gasoline at intervals of two, months each..
Councilman Penry, Chairman of the Street Committee,, was authorized to make repairs, to dolphins at the Washington Street Bridge through the
use' of steel rails at a cost of approximately $100,.00.
UNFINISHED"BUSINESS:
Councilman Gervasoni, Chairman of the Finance Committee, recommended
that °
$54 be rebated to Henry Reynaud on his recent claim of $60.17
in payment of taxes property in the Hi11.Tract, and the City Attorney
was ' r.equested to take the matter up with 111. Reynaud ° and to prepare
`the ,necessary resolution covering the matter for the next meeting of the
City' Council.
The matter of the request for a .-reduction in the roller skating
.license fee ,was, laid on the table until the next meeting.
City Attorney Brooks reported that it was expected that an adjus

would be made within a f:ew days between the Royal Tallow and Soap
Company and The I-AcNear Company for an exchange of. deeds to land
near the city dumps - to be acquired by the City..
