Ci�ty�-1sewe,r`on MI.e. View Avenue at. his own expense and that he would
"pay the City , of Petaluma $1.,00: per month for each house or premise
`connected. with the city aewer until such time that said property. was
annexed; became; a part of the City. Of Petaluma. Also that
r. Ross would do. everything possible to assist in bringing about the
annexati:on of this property and adjacent property

given him by the City that he present 'to the F.H.A. to the
affeet" rthat the Citr'would - -permit him to connect with the city sewer
after' its 'piroper installation by him., and that the. City , Would co -
operate in - every' possible way to assist in bringing the sewer into
the City of Petalumai it. was agreed that such a. leater be given

the same 1 roes.

A lengthy discussion was, had regarding the fixing of ,a tax
rate for the fiscal year of 1941 -42, Councilmen Berger`; Penny, and
Mayor Woodson expressing themselves as wishing to let the rate remain,
the same as for the past 'year, to wit $1 Councilmen Deiss,,, King,
Land _Sei expressing themselves as being n favor of a 5� increase
or a .rat e of $ 1; 60 `-
