Councilman B r, Chai of the Finanae Committee reporte =d
that his committee had met with the Park Commission and reviewed
the proposed, recreation building for Walnut Park =.Ie stated that
the C:Ommittee: approved of the plans as submitted and -Ahe expenditure
Of $ 416-6.00 but felt that the city should reserve the right to reject
any or all bids . in the event that the bids were . in excess of the
estimated ,$4100.00
Plans for the construction of a storm, .d:rain •at Kenilworth. Park
wore presented by the City Engineer and Councilman Penry asked
for further time in which to review the. plans with the Park ''Commissioh
and members of the 4th District Agricultural Assocation.
Group Insurance:
The matter of group* insurance for the employees of the City
or •Petaluria was discussed and. referred to the City Attorney ,,Or an
opinion ass to those eligible to participate and other legal - poin -t's,
The agen't's for the insurance were authorized to contact the employees
and sign them up for said insurance.
