Contract for dump truck awarded to Farrell Brothers;
This bei the time set for opening bids for t:he furnishing
of a dump truck for the Street Department, the ClerK reported having
received 'bid's. from: - Murphy Chevrolet Company; Sanderson Motor Co. `
Farrell Brothers; Westerterp Brothers, which bid's were opened,
read., and considered, and
Resolution #5325 G.S.
introduced by Councilman Penry, seconded by Councilman Berger, awarding
the' contract for said 1342 model dump truck to Farrell Brothers for the
total sum of $1478.43, which includes sales tax and the Fagael Dump.
Truck 'in the possession of the Street Department, - adopted by 7
affirmative. votes.
Util Bldg. Walnut Park; contract aw arded to .J. H Frahm:-
This being the time set for opening bids for the: coonstruction
of the: Utility - Building , to be located in.Walnut Park, the Clerk reported
having received two bids and p,ro,ceede;d to op -en and read, said bids, one
from J. H. Frahm in the amount of $4,150. and. the other from Martin
Fredericks in the amount of 44 3 °64,.00:. Said 'bids were considered, .

the contract to J. H. Frahm for the sum of $4,,150 adopted by 7
affirmative votes.
Refund of deposit of $175.00 to J. A. Wilson:

introduced by Councilman Penry, seconded by Councilman Berger, directing
that the sure of $175.00 deposited with the City by J.- A. Wilson` and-
his wife, pending the improvement of that certain. strip o f property in
Lot 177, Lincoln Heights, w th a satisfactory asphalt surface, be refunded .
to them = adopted by 7 affirmative votes.

providing; for the c °onstruction of concrete curbs and gutters in `Kenilworth
Park immediately in front of the Fair Building at a total cost of $250.00
and providing that said cost be' .paid 1 /3rd by the Fourth District Agricult-
ural Association; 1 /3rd from the Park Fund and 1 /3rd from the Street Fund,.
