Mr. James Crase addressed the Council in support of the request
of the First Methodist Church to be granted permis on to broadcast
`musical programs from its church tower.on. and D.Streets. ' Mr. Crase
stated that it was not the intention Of the (church to interfere with other
church';services or to distrub anyone,. The matter was considered and
