that certain Deed of Ded i cat i o n for' st reet arid- highway dated.
the 9th day of December, 1941, from Hunt &, Behrens,, Inc. covering_ a strip
of property described in said resolution., - adopted by 7 affirmative
votes.
.Dr. N. B. Rundall.- Chairman the Health and Sanitation
Committee 'Of' the Civil Def Onse Council, address'ed the' Council
asking that the City Council help in f inding a suitable: placd
for %a future contagious ward_ .. He stated that the Club House'
`at Kenilworth 'Park would be - an ideal locati,oh but that it wa"s
already desi-onated by Dr. Peoples as D Station #3 for first-
aid. The matter was discussed and taken under consideration.
City Engineer Gonzalez'reliorted' that small holes were showing
in abQut 604 feet of the new Pe-surfacing job an Hopper. and Bridge
Streets and he suggested that the certificate, of completion on said
job be,held.up. The matter was referred to the Street Committee
and Engineer for investigation.
The Clerk was directed to order ten "Stop for P edestrian Signs"
for the use of the schools and police d0pa-ftment.
The matter of painting the.curbin* white &t,ea6h.street
inter"ction to aid padestrians during, black-buts was referred to
thq Street Committee and the Police, Department.,

He stated that the City Attorney is, awaiting a copy of the model ord-
inance from the Attorney General's Office : which should* be, in his.
hand8.by tomorrow for introduction at an adjourned meeting.
In this regard,Yx. IA. G. Aaorne.., addressed the Council stating
.: that , th dealers had agreed 100% to the plan of daylight milk
deliveries �and that they .wished that this, '.safety' be incorporated
in, the: contemplat Ordinance.,
