read, and approved as recorded.

read and placed on file.

The Finance Committee submitted its report, whereupon

City Attorney Brooks reported on city attorneyls meeting
called to discuss a proposal being made on behalf of the San Francisco
Bay 1,1et Area for an agreement for mutual aid among all of

thee cities in the district for facilitieaand personnel; it being
pro p osed that each member City divide its personnel and equipment into

,hree parts, i.e., one a mutual, aid personnel and equipment
t. .0 c 30%; operating reserve 30% and minimum reserve 40%.
