The, matter of amending ' the lease on Kenilworth.. Park
to 'the: 4th District Agricultufa'l Association was discussed - and.
,referred to the City Attorney to prepare a resolution eliminating
that section WhIdh requires that.the lease shall terminate; without .
notice if. or *heff,; during said ten, year term, the Lesse
fails, for
a period of 'three Years to have or hold a General District Fair,.
Mayor 'Woodson reported that the - canmittee inyezti ga ting
a plan for ambulance and emergency hospitalization service v.iwas
pr6gresising and was not working on a plan to - make . the Petaluma
General Hospital an extension of the Couh-y Hospital.
