Councilman Dei;ss, reported, that until: such -a time as it was
possible,- to obtain plumbing fixt-zres, the painting and work of
the city jail should. 'be delayed. „
Councilman Stanley Seidell briefly spoke ,on. the. matter of /problem
"Front yard chicken .yards" . The Hinman Street., Chicken Yard dhas
been referred to the Board .of' r iealth, where it will receive 'at.tention
at t next Board of Health meeting.
