The Finance Committee its rep'ort,, whereupon,

introduced by Councilman King seconded by,Gouncilman Brown., directin-E
the Auditor to draw warrants �nos '1351 to 1442 inclusi against .
the various City funds in payment of claims allowed and approved by
the Finance Committee, adopted by 6 affirmative votes, 1 absentee.

'Chairman King of the Finance Committee reported that after a study

expected that arrangements for necessary changes will be made with

was referredto the street committee.
Street Superintendent Oscar Glahnreported,that arrangements had
been made for providing a suitable living quarter for the tender of
Washington Street bridge,.-at a location near the bridge.
Councilman' Brown, City Attbrney Brooks- City Engine-er. Gonzalez
gave a report of the recent meeting of the Nort"I 'Bay division -of
the League of California Cities, held in
