Regular meeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma called
to order by MayprWoodson.

Present: Councilmen Brown, Deiss, King, Myers, Petry, Seidell,
and Mayor Woodson.

Petaluma Cooperative Creamery petit on for right of way:
Petition of Petaluma Cooperative Creamery for permit to use
,city streets and sidewalks for pipe lines from Petaluma River to their
plant, read and filed.
City Engineer Gonzalez- reported that the
'real intention of, applicant is to return the w - ater through the B Street
storm sewer, Councilman Pen-ry, suggested that provision be made
permitting the City to use all of the water -after applicant had - finished
with same, that it might be used for a swimming pool later on; also
that applicant install, fire hydrant's along the line.. Councilman
King. stated that the applicant should specify, or agree to furnish
as well as install said hydrants. The City 'Engineer stated that
applic =ant- would supply four hydrants and this would be sufficient.
The application was Peferred the City Attorney for :study and
action by the City Council was deferred until a later meeting,

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
In connection with the movement to effect, changes of doors in
buildings that open.inward against outgoing traffic, Councilman King
reported that' all building owners., where such conditions exis.. . t, have
agreed to make changes in complying with the law., following interviews
with Chief Benoit.
