Ci Dump Sanitary Inspector Andrew Stein addressed the Council stating that he­ had m ny c'omplaints about the garbage and „rubbish being colle together and' that `both wet garb and rubbish is being. deposited on the city dumps ands on the road and railroad tracks, thereby creating a very unsanitary and unsightly condition, The matter was discussed and referred to C'ouncilman Seidel:l "Chairman of* the Sanitation 'C'ommi:tt.ee _.'for investigatic :an °d report.
