Council explaining* the operat`iorij, mantainence, costs, and estimated
revenuce ; re"s ltirig from the installation 'of' "parking meters. Mr. Jim
Chadwick; President of` the Merchant's Committee of the Chamber of
Commerce was present to hear the proposed plan. The matter was
discussed by the City"Council and laid on the table for further
